WHO AM I
My background as a Scientist has given me a deep understanding in how to build safe and effective training programmes enabling my clients to achieve their goals and feel their best.
I believe that movement should be enjoyable, yet challenging, goal-based and not aesthetically driven, and should leave you feeling revitalised, strong, and pain-free. I work closely with all clients, personally or in group exercise, to enable them to safely progress towards their individual goals and, in many cases, exceed their own expectations. My clients develop their self confidence and a thorough understanding of the importance of strength training in a safe and supportive environment.
Making exercise truly enjoyable is my approach to helping clients build healthy habits which last a lifetime.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
My passion for fitness found me
I began my career as a Veterinary Scientist, when combining my love for animals and science seemed like the obvious route. After completing three veterinary biomedical degrees, including a Masters and a PhD, I lost my sparkle.
Despite having obtained a scientific doctorate I experienced no job satisfaction in this field and fount that I was excited by the prospect of a career in my then hobby of health and fitness.
From the instant I walked in to that group exercise environment after a miserable day, I would instantly forget, and become filled with euphoria, the amazing music, the inspiring instructor, the energy and escapism. I found Group Exercise to be totally uplifting.
Just like that, I qualified in my Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 3 Personal Training in record time, turning my life around.
I am now Master Trainer for Classic Group Exercise at Third Space London. Having spent the last 6 years gleaning best practice from attending countless classes, and teaching full time, I was able to work out the ultimate formula on which to build my classes and my playlists. My role as Master Trainer combines my love for teaching and attending classes, with the chance to pass on and impart my knowledge to other instructors, supporting and training them too to excel at their passion and inspire their own class members.

I am Master Trainer for Classic Group Exercise at Third Space London, London's Luxury Health Clubs. I teach a range of studio classes from indoor cycle to strength and conditioning and HIIT.
Combining my passion for music with my energy and enthusiasm in the studio, you'll experience escapism at its best, guaranteed.

Health is a combination of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and I work with my clients in the gym, to address a balance of all three. I believe every person benefits from a structured strength training programme in order to see long-term results in their pursuit of choice, be it cycling, running or any another sport.
